Reflection from your mind.

buddha

Reflections from our mind are what create reality.

Reality itself just comes from our mind.

At the end it is all just our mind !

So as a buddhist what we try to do or to find out is what is the projection of our mind and what is mind itself.

Looking at both the projections and your mind you can find out the nature of  it. But the reality itself is just you !

We need words to teach about and explain the truth, but for the experience we have to go beyond the words. As long as we look at the words we become so solid, and we are not conecting reality to people, we are caught by the words…

So my point is NOT to put a blind solid box over our head, but be FREE, be HAPPY,

Just be HAPPY !

    Rinpoche.
Some days the vast gate to the fields of joy are flung open and it seems so eternal and true. Then a flickering of fear comes for a fall in to the great abyss or just a familiar dragging back to habit land…I sit again and again looking directly at the mind, and some days Im lucky enough to find nothing.
