If you are happy Buddha will be happy for you. You don’t have to be guilty for being happy. Buddha will not be jealous of your happiness.
The purpose of all spiritual paths is to be happy. Whether you practice Christianity, Islam, Hinduism or some other spiritual path the point is to be happy.
So practice a little bit and be happy. Don’t run after happiness, live in happiness.
Guilt is very tricky. It can even make you feel guilty for feeling guilty. Dr. Kalu’s medicine to cure this is love. Brothers and sisters, please take the medicine!

The problem is that most often people (& most certainly the buddhists) gain their personal happiness on the expense of others. That is the main reason why we can’t be happy all at the same time )-;
