Obsessed with suffering

IMG_8416

Buddha taught on the meaning of samsara, impermanence, etc, in order that we would not fall into this kind of suffering.

Buddha did not want us not to be happy, he wanted us to be happy.

He did not want us to become obsessed with suffering,

He wanted us to walk the path of enlightenment, to be happy !

Tashi Delek la and thank you !!
If we are happy we can make others happy…
But if we still being “obsessed with suffering”,
all we get is make suffering the rest…

I’ve been so eager to know what this life is really about, so I ignored what i already have had – relationship, love, career, degrees, wealth, health, even life. I believed by pushing those aside from me, maybe i’ll see the real life. I’m foolish, ain’t I… , but I don’t know what else to do.

Maybe it’s time for me to stop, think, and start over from the beginning little by little…little by little…hope it’s not too late. rim rim, please help please…don’t leave us alone. It’s a blessing to have you here. Thank you so much.

    with love, respect and trust

    Yes, Rinpoche la~~!!

I really agree with you… Till now we religious belivers have got a kind of misunderstang…. that when we start to practice, we need to temperate in being happy and control ourselves severely… I think practice doesn’t belong to self-temperate or self-denial, but belong to enlightment and happiness.

To be happy to ourselves and make others happy is the process and the result of practice…

    So let’s be happy la~~!!

I understand, but sometimes we fall into some kind of trap. Ok, ok, practice makes perfect but it’s not so easy to make suffering disappear… Thank you La
